• Organising the work files and making necessary researches.
• Researching and dealing to catch up the required target prices.
• Fixing the time and action plans.
• CFollowing up the check points for the quality and timing in accordance with the customers’ requests and expectations.
• Organising shipment schedules.

Quality Control

• Making inline audits for samples and production to prevent any possible failure on time
• Making final inspections regarding to the AQL standarts (suggested by customer).

Fabric Development, Research and Sourcing

• Researching and following continuously new fabric suppliers, trends etc.

Design/Styling

• Research continuously and following new fashion trends, fabrics, colours, prints, washes, finishes and accessories.
• Developing new design specs or samples.

Sampling

The samples decide the ability of a manufacturer. We strongly believe that the customers assess the supplier through the samples maintained therefore this unit is very important to us.

The Sampling Department closely works with sourcing and the merchandising. Our aim is to make correct approved samples in one time that is strictly important for fast lead times and to make samples that is realizable in the production for best quality, efficiency and optimum price.

Production

The production and quality control system has been refined and improved every day by work acoording to the buyers’ specific requirements and procedures. The stages of production is conducted by the technicians, supervisors and skilled workers.

Various steps of quality checking and control are undertaken in every stage of the production – starting from receiving the fabric, cutting it and then finally preparing the finished garment. Each piece of garment goes through at several quality checks from fabric stage to final finishing stage.

We have a strong supply chain from all around Turkey for CMT (Cutting , Sewing , Finishing) , Printing , Embroidery , Garment Washing/Dying , Handworks and etc. We strongly believe that our supply chain companies are our partners that is the source of our production power so we work in a close cooperation with them. All of our subconractors are inspected reqularly during production stage for quality besides inspected reqularly to meet code of conduct standarts that is requested by our customers and national laws.
